Business & Operations Consultant Needed for 1-Hour Strategy Session (Healthcare / Clinical Services)
I am the Executive Director of a healthcare organization and am looking for an experienced business or operations consultant for a short, focused strategy conversation (approximately one hour). We are at a decision point involving staffing structure and hours allocation. Specifically: Two existing clinical supervisors are requesting additional hours One clinician is interested in transitioning into a supervisory role and increasing hours We want to evaluate the financial, operational, and organizational impact of these changes before moving forward The goal of this conversation is to: Think through different structural options (hours increases, role transitions, supervision coverage) Understand budget implications and sustainability Assess risks, efficiencies, and best practices Pressure-test my thinking and help identify the most practical approach This is not a long-term engagement at this stage. I’m looking for a knowledgeable professional who can quickly understand the situation, ask the right questions, and provide clear, grounded business insight.
