Business Operations Analyst

RVO Health is a new healthcare platform focused on building relationships with people throughout their health and wellness journey. They are seeking an Associate of Business Operations to oversee operational and financial metrics reporting, perform operational analysis, and drive strategic initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Oversee operational and financial metrics reporting, run root cause analysis on performance, and act as the go to source of knowledge for current and historical data; enabling our Health & Wellness Team to make the best decisions Maintain operational dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights for informed decision making Perform day-to-day operational analysis to support other teams in the business - including Site Experience (CRO), Product, SEO, Partnerships, and Strategy Drive cross-functional effort to evaluate financial impact and implement near- and long- term strategic initiatives Foster a culture of data-driven decision making and accountability for metrics and results Support the development and evaluation of business cases for new initiatives, aiding strategic decision-making and resource allocation Skills Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field 1-4 years experience in business process analysis, process improvement, and operational strategy in driving operational excellence Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and drive operational improvements Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering a culture of shared success Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in operational analysis and reporting Strong business acumen, with analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to understand how business model decisions impact operating model design/execution High Degree of Proficiency in financial & Operational Analyses Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PPT) Familiarity with AI tools (Gemini & other agents) Familiarity & knowledge of SQL Benefits Health Insurance Coverage (medical, dental, and vision) Life Insurance Short and Long-Term Disability Insurance Flexible Spending Accounts Paid Time Off Holiday Pay 401(k) with match Employee Assistance Program Paid Parental Bonding Benefit Program Pharmacy Benefits Income Protection Plans Pet Services Plans Mental Health Support Wellness Coaching HSA- Health Savings Account Commuter Benefits Gym & Fitness Center Discount Program Company Overview RVO Health develops, operates and manages various health care focused brands and companies.
