## What will you be working on?
??Track existing workflow processes and develop frameworks for optimizing their efficiency and effectiveness.
??Maintain systems for KPIs across departments and monitor KPI trends and performance metrics, and collaborate with team members to ensure alignment with team goals.
??By utilizing the cross-departmental timeline docs, ensuring all activities are properly coordinated and executed while facilitating collaboration among different functional teams to drive alignment and synergy.
??Support process management with legal and finance teams, and assist in tracking the grant process.
??Track data and update docs and decks with the latest figures, ensuring that all materials are accurate and comprehensive.
??Contribute to the evaluation of potential partnership opportunities, assist in establishing and nurturing partnerships with external stakeholders.
??Maintain close collaboration with Partnership, Finance & Legal Teams

??At least 2 remote working days per week.
