This position offers a salary range of $65,000 – $75,000, determined by location, experience, and expertise.Job Description:The Business Intelligence Specialist will design, build, and maintain BI solutions that empower ROR and our clients with actionable insights. This role involves collecting and analyzing 1st- and 3rd-party data, developing dashboards, identifying performance trends, and delivering data-driven recommendations that inform strategic decisions.You will collaborate closely with our data engineering, analytics, client services, and media teams to ensure consistent, scalable, and accurate reporting across client engagements.What you will do:DOMO: o Standardize and manage datasets, Beast Mode calculations, and automation processes.o Align custom conversions and maintain accuracy in reporting.o Ensure Client Analysts have accurate, scalable reports to tailor for clients.ARCGIS: o Standardize the TAD (Trade Area Definition) process and implement ARCGIS workflow management tools.o Maintain efficient organizational content storage.o Equip Client Analysts to execute TADs and site analytics effectively.Similarweb & Placer.AI:o Develop repeatable processes that transform raw analytics into actionable client insights.o Productize analytics capabilities for client-facing deliverables.Who we are looking for:Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).3+ years of experience working in BI, data analysis, or analytics roles.Strong expertise with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Domo required).Proficiency with ArcGIS Pro is required.Proficiency in SQL for querying and joining large, complex datasets.Experience integrating and analyzing data from CRM, marketing automation, and digital media platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.).Familiarity with ETL processes, data warehousing, and cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.).Demonstrated ability to synthesize findings, build data stories, and present insights to stakeholders at all levels.Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Why ROR Partners?Be part of a value-driven culture where innovation and collaboration are at the core.Opportunity to work with cutting-edge BI tools and emerging technologies.Direct impact on client success through data-informed strategies.Supportive team environment with room for professional growth and development.ROR Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
