This role sits at the intersection of architecture, analytics, and delivery - ideal for someone who can own the full data workflow from source to visualization.You’ll be based in the US (ideally EST), and work closely with both US and EU-based teams, collaborating on the foundational build of a reporting and analytics environment. The client environment is still maturing, so your ability to shape structure, define logic, and deliver value will be key.What you'll doDesign and implement star schema models and semantic layers that power consistent and scalable reportingPerform source-to-target data mapping, including building data lineage documentationDefine and document key business KPIs and metricsPartner with business and technical stakeholders to align on data definitions and reporting needsDevelop Power BI dashboards and outputs based on the underlying data modelsThis role combines aspects of being an Analyst, Engineer, and Architect as you build an end-to-end business intelligence solution.What we're looking forExperience across the full data workflow: from source analysis and modeling through to dashboard development in Power BIExpertise in data architecture concepts, including dimensional modeling, data lineage, and semantic modelsStrong experience with Power BI, including DAX and building user-friendly dashboardsExcellent fundamentals, where you are capable of writing complex SQL queries through to big picture thinkingComfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment with cross-functional global teams
