Business Intelligence Analyst - Domo Specialist (North America)

We’re looking for a curious, driven, and highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst with deep Domo expertise to take the lead in building, scaling, and evolving our analytics infrastructure. You’ll be the go-to Domo expert—designing dashboards, building dataflows, and weaving AI-driven insights into our decision-making fabric. What You’ll Do: Domo Expertise & Analytics Ownership • Design, build, and maintain advanced dashboards and dataflows in Domo • Administer the Domo platform (users, connectors, datasets) to ensure performance and security • Integrate data from NetSuite and other systems to deliver a single source of truth • Ad-hoc analysis (Domo and/or excel) for the Finance team, to support requests from our CFO. For requests that cannot be complete from within Domo they would need to model in Excel Financial & Operational Insights • Partner with Finance and RevOps to deliver clear, actionable analysis of performance • Build financial models and forecasting tools in Excel and Domo • Translate complex data into narratives that drive strategic action Data Governance & Optimization • Establish data quality standards and governance best practices • Build scalable, repeatable processes that elevate data trust across the org AI & Automation • Design and deploy AI-powered enhancements within Domo (prompt engineering, automation, etc.) • Explore emerging tools and techniques to bring innovation into our BI stack Enablement & Support • Act as the internal Domo SME—training teams, fielding questions, and empowering better decisions • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data is accessible, reliable, and impactful Skills & Experience We're Excited About: • 3+ years of hands-on Domo experience (dashboards, dataflows, system admin) • 5+ years in BI, data analytics, or strategy—ideally in a SaaS environment • Advanced SQL skills and Excel wizardry (formulas, pivots, financial modeling; macros a plus) • Familiarity with NetSuite and experience integrating ERP data into BI tools • Strong foundation in data governance and scalable BI architecture • Experience with AI tools and prompt engineering is highly preferred • Clear communicator who can tell a data story that inspires action • Bonus: experience with Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, CAC, etc.) What You Can Expect from Our Interview Process: • 30-minute intro call with our Recruiting team • 45-minute conversation with the Hiring Manager • 45-minute conversation with a peer team member • 45-minute conversation with our Chief Financial Officer Why Join Uptempo? • Own and shape our business intelligence strategy in a data-forward, growth-stage SaaS org • Work with a team that values smart thinking, open collaboration, and a little fun along the way • Dive into AI-powered analytics and cutting-edge tech in a high-impact role • Help marketers around the world lead with confidence (and maybe even love their jobs again Apply tot his job
