The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analytics, and dashboards to support business operations. This role requires a blend of analytical prowess, technical expertise, and a keen eye for detail to support data-driven decision-making processes across the organization.Working hours: 10:00pm - 7:00am PHSTWhat you'll do:Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.Model and optimize datasets used in Tableau to ensure high performance and scalability.Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing data validation techniques and standards.Write and optimize database queries to troubleshoot issues and improve performance.Build models in Excel to support forecasting and ad hoc analysis.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document reporting requirements to support ongoing business needs.Provide training and support to business users on Tableau usage and best practices.Stay up-to-date with the latest Tableau features and data visualization trends to enhance reporting capabilities.Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related degree, or 4+ years of related work experience.3-5+ years of proven experience in a Business Intelligence role or a similar role.Strong understanding of Tableau Desktop.Advanced knowledge of SQLExperience with dbt or similar data transformation toolsExcellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical terms.Experience leveraging AI/ML models to support business intelligence initiatives, such as predictive analytics, forecasting, or natural language querying.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.Confidence can sometimes hold us back from applying for a job.
