The Business Development Specialist role involves managing deliverables and documentation during the Proof of Concept and Implementation phases, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and partners.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary tracker for all items owed to and from partners during the POC phaseManage a high volume of deliverables, ensuring every item is accounted for and delivered on timeMaintain the 'master source of truth' for all active integrationsRun the administrative engine of the partnership, ensuring that meeting notes are translated into immediate tasks and that every stakeholder knows exactly what they owe nextAct as the daily connective tissue between iSpot’s Product/Engineering teams and the partner’s technical staffProactively follow up on outstanding hurdles to ensure the 'next step' is always identified and assignedCreate and maintain standardized 'Integration Folders' for every partnerBe responsible for the accuracy of partner-facing onboarding materials and internal enablement resourcesEnsure that once a POC is successful, all documentation is handed off seamlessly to the Enablement team to support a full market launchSkills1-3 years of experience in account management, partner success, or project management within the CTV, programmatic, or AdTech spaceExceptional organizational skills with a 'get-it-done' mentality; you are comfortable managing multiple workstreams and ensuring no 'next steps' fall through the cracksProven ability to work cross-functionally across teams, fostering strong interpersonal relationshipsBenefitsEquity plan to receive stock optionsPre-approved overtime payCompany OverviewiSpot helps advertisers measure the brand and business impact of TV and streaming advertising, from concept to airing to conversion.
