What You'll Do: Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective customers dailyQualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account ExecutivesDevelop and maintain a strong understanding of Trellis’ products, value propositions, and target marketsMaintain accurate records of all outreach and activities in our CRM (HubSpot)Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly activity and pipeline generation goalsWork closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and prospecting strategiesStay up to date on industry trends, legal tech innovations, and competitive landscapeWho You Are: 1+ year of experience in an outbound sales or lead generation role, preferably in SaaS, tech, or legal marketsProven success and comfort with cold calling as a primary activityStrong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with a high level of drive and resilienceAbility to learn quickly, adapt, and embrace feedbackOrganized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skillsFamiliarity with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus)
