• Deliver structured written feedback to improve AI understanding of customer engagement and objection handling
• Share insights on prospecting, pipeline management, relationship building, and closing strategies
• Contribute to refining AI training materials based on evolving market trends and customer expectations
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and communication in all project contributions

• Proven experience selling services in industries other than advertising, insurance, financial services, and travel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze sales scenarios and provide clear, actionable feedback
