Requirements
• 3–5+ years of experience in BDR management, sales, or related fields
• Proven track record of building pipeline and exceeding outbound sales targets
• Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
• Experience engaging with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
• Recruit, onboard, train, and manage a team of Business Development Representatives
• Develop and refine outbound prospecting strategies across phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Coach BDRs on discovery, messaging, objection handling, and value-based selling techniques
• Collaborate with Account Executives for seamless lead handoffs and high-quality meetings
• Partner with Marketing to align campaigns and target accounts
• Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and continuously optimize outreach processes
• Participate in industry conferences, events, and networking alongside the team
• Foster a high-energy, accountable, and positive team culture
