Business Development Representative - Major Projects - EMEA

This is a remote position. Job Summary: As a Business Development Representative, be responsible for phone/email/LinkedIn outreach, qualifying inbound leads and booking demos for the sales team, using lead generation tools, data entry, email sequences and updating info into the CRM. This role reports directly to the Global Business Development Manager. We are specifically looking for candidates based in EMEA or the East Coast of the USA. Duties and Responsibilities: Familiarise yourself with the construction industry, Evercam's products, and the value we provide our customers. Learn how to qualify marketing-generated inbound leads and conduct effective discovery calls. Work cross-functionally with Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Lead Development to own outbound outreach and lead nurturing efforts that drive Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and account growth. Conduct market and account research to identify active and upcoming projects within assigned accounts and remit, map key stakeholders involved, and execute personalised outreach to convert prospects into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). Conduct daily activities, including: Outbound outreach Pre-call research and planning. Make a high volume and quality outreach of calls/emails/LinkedIn per day. Follow up with previous contacts (nurturing leads). Maintain Zoho CRM records. Requirements Technical Skills: Bachelor's degree. 1-2 Years of business development/sales experience in a B2B professional environment. Previous SDR or BDR experience in Saas/Construction industry experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication, phone skills, and English fluency are required. Experience with CRM and email outreach platforms. Outbound prospecting experience. Worked both independently and as a team player. Behavioural Skills You are excited about innovative construction technology. You have a high level of self-motivation, and an ability to work and collaborate with cross-functional teams from different departments like sales, marketing and customer success while meeting deliverables. You have Excellent written and spoken English language skills. You are comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment where decisions need to be made quickly without losing sight of the strategic goals of the company. You are a Critical Thinker and a Problem Solver. You practice high levels of confidentiality appropriate for a software-led company with access to many data streams. You like the idea of having a significant impact on the growth and direction of a company. You are interested in a role with potential to progress into Sales or BDR management.
