Our expansion continues across the US, with recent moves into Canada, Mexico, and the Virgin Islands.Our mission is to take our verticalized travel experience guests love global with an end-to-end platform for trips, experiences, and concierge services.Position Summary:We are seeking driven, results-oriented and consultative Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our rapidly expanding demand sales team. As a BDR at Wander, you will be on the front lines of our growth strategy, proactively engaging with potential travelers to secure bookings across our expanding portfolio of luxury vacation properties. This role is ideal for ambitious professionals who excel in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for exceptional travel experiences, and are motivated to help guests discover the perfect Wander destination.Key Responsibilities:Proactively reach out to potential travelers and guests to drive bookings across our portfolio of luxury propertiesIdentify and engage with high-value travelers through thoughtful, personalized outreach campaignsConduct consultative conversations to understand travelers' needs and match them with ideal Wander experiencesMeet or exceed monthly booking targets and GMV contribution goalsEducate prospects on Wander's unique value proposition and differentiators in the luxury travel marketFollow up with leads from various marketing channels to maximize conversion ratesCollaborate with Marketing and Concierge teams to refine targeting and enhance the guest journeyMaintain accurate records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in our CRM systemStay current on property features, destination highlights, and seasonal promotions to effectively recommend experiencesParticipate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of conversion strategiesQualifications:1-3 years of client-centered sales experience preferred.
