We are looking for a experience Business Development Representative to help us grow our digital agency's sales pipeline and clientele for digital branding in the USA, UK, Europe, Africa.

What You'll Be Doing
• Create a sales funnel for lead generation.
• Representing Hi-Lab Solution as the first point of contact for potential customers and partners.
• Daily levels of proactive outreach activity present opportunities to partner with Hi-Lab Solution
• Owning and maintaining a consistent pipeline to exceed monthly sales targets.
• Utilizing business templates and proposals to convert pipeline to sales.
• Achieve business revenue from the outset, with a committed sales revenue target set for the first month.
• Keeping records to provide transparency on all sales activities.
• Passionately representing Hi-Lab Solution and making clients successful.
• Negotiating partnership pricing to ensure business objectives are achieved.

Skills You'll Need
• You'll be comfortable on the Cold Approach through E-Mail, Social Media, Local Phone, Etc., connect to people, and generate a Sales Lead.
• Comfort with high levels of activity and a fast-paced environment.
• Experience and confidence pitching things you're passionate about.
• Experience with Design & technology and capturing your activity.
• Perseverance and grit – you're a hustler, and you're not afraid of rejection & competition.
• Top-notch people skills – you have bags of emotional intelligence and can persuade even the toughest prospects.
• Able to work on Target Based without of fack Commitment.

Qualifications
• At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, organize and prioritize work.
• *Note: We looking person who willing to Achieve business revenue from the outset, with a committed sales revenue target set for the first month it must more like performance based job where you will have minimum sales commitment from first month.
