Business Development Representative (BDR) – Inside Sales | Uncapped Commission
ESI, a Crexendo company, is hiring a high-energy Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive new business opportunities for our innovative cloud communication solutions.

What You’ll Do
• Make 60–70 outbound calls daily to generate new opportunities
• Qualify prospects and schedule product demos for Sales Product Specialists
• Communicate the value of ESI’s cloud communication and business phone solutions
• Overcome objections and deliver compelling sales conversations
• Track calls, opportunities, and pipeline activity in the CRM (HubSpot or similar)
• Consistently meet or exceed activity and performance targets
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline from both inbound marketing leads and self-generated outreach
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of B2B outbound sales experience (BDR, lead genertaion, or telemarketing)
• Strong cold calling and prospecting skills
• Confident communicator who can engage decision-makers
• Highly competitive, goal-driven, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working in a high-activity sales environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools, sales software, and business productivity tools
