We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional with a strong desire for personal career growth, a passion for sales, and a strong interest in working in a fast-growing startup. You'll work directly with our VP Revenue and other GTM leaders on pipeline generation, playbooks, and strategies that will scale Fellow to category dominance.

We envision this candidate either building out a Business Development team under them or moving into a quota-carrying seller position.

What You'll Do

High-volume cold calling and inbound lead qualification

Create and deliver exceptional outreach across email and LinkedIn

Own the process of booking meetings and pipeline generation across both inbound and outbound channels

Be closely involved in our inbound strategy, working with sales and marketing to drive more inbound business

Conduct focused, insight-led discovery to uncover a prospect's role, context, challenges, and timeline

Build a network of leaders, fostering relationships across our market and sharing Fellow's progress

Attend regular industry events, representing Fellow at conferences

Become an expert at telling the Fellow story and articulating our value proposition

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a Business Development role

A proven track record as a top performer

Independent, self-starter with a bias for action

Eager to ask for feedback, improve, and adapt

Hunger and drive — high aspirations, a competitive nature, and rapid career progression goals

Attention to detail — we care about producing high-quality work, not just volume

Grit and resilience — Business Development is tough; we need someone who can push through the "no's" and keep their head up

Entrepreneurial and hard-working — someone excited to build, work hard, and make things happen
