Green Leads, a leading B2B Pipeline Generation company, is looking for experienced B2B Business Development Reps (BDRs). If you have worked in a business development capacity within the technology space, and you are goal oriented, driven to deliver the best client experience possible, motivated to generate high income, and enjoy the flexibility to work from home, this 100% commission position is for you.

Appointment setting and managing the Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)on behalf of our clients, managing all logistics to ensure the meeting happens – because a completed meeting is your goal. Commissions paid on completed meetings.
• Outbound efforts including prospect research, email or teleprospecting outreach, qualifying prospects, event invitation focused on the appointment.
• Educate and qualify prospects that meet our client’s ideal customer profile to create SQLs.
• Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills and strong verbal and written communications ability.
• Ability to handle, and the responsibility to deliver, in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications.
• Previous experience delivering in a pay-for-performance appointment setting role.
• Experience in Enterprise B2B software/SaaS sales a strong plus.
• Interest in working in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
• Have an eagerness to always be learning.
• Ability to engage with customers and prospects at every level of the organization - from the frontline to the C-Suite

Compensation

Focused 100% on appointment setting, uncapped commission. First year expectation between $65,000-$120,000+.
