Overview
Weâre looking for a highâenergy, growthâoriented Business Development Representative who thrives at the front lines of revenue generation. In this role, youâll be a strategic engine for pipeline creationâinitiating highâvalue conversations, accelerating earlyâstage opportunities, and expanding our presence across key markets and verticals. Youâll partner closely with sales leadership to fuel predictable growth and elevate our goâtoâmarket motion through worldâclass salesâenablement practices.
Responsibilities
Pipeline Generation & Strategic Outreach
Drive highâquality pipeline by executing targeted, personalized outreach to multiâlevel stakeholders within priority prospect and customer accounts.
Consistently exceed monthly qualified appointment goals, forecasted deal targets, and annual revenue contributions.
Leverage dataâdriven insights to prioritize accounts, refine messaging, and optimize outbound performance.
Sales Enablement & CrossâFunctional Collaboration
Partner directly with Major Account Executives and PreâSales Engineers to qualify, nurture, and advance opportunitiesâimproving conversion rates and accelerating sales cycles.
Participate in weekly account planning to align on strategy, messaging, and outbound sequencing.
Become a subjectâmatter expert on HireRightâs solutions, value propositions, and competitive differentiators to deliver compelling, consultative conversations.
Operational Excellence & Process Optimization
Maintain highâquality, accurate CRM documentation in Salesforce to support forecasting, reporting, and territory planning.
Utilize salesâenablement tools to execute multiâchannel outreach (phone, email, social) with consistency and precision.
Identify process gaps, propose improvements, and contribute to scalable demandâgeneration initiatives.
Engage in quarterly regional sales meetings to share insights, review performance, and align on business priorities.

Qualifications
Education
BA/BS degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience & Skills
3â5 years of Business Development or MidâMarket field sales experience preferred.
Exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to influence across multiple levels.
Proven track record of exceeding targets in a fastâpaced, metricsâdriven environment.
Strong technical aptitude with tools such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and modern salesâenablement platforms.
A competitive mindset, positive attitude, and relentless drive to win.
