About the role:
Collective is looking for a Business Development Representative to own both the strategy and execution of end-to-end outreach to prospective members across email, SMS, phone, and other channels. This role partners closely with Sales and Marketing to drive growth, with a focus on building and optimizing scalable outreach programs. Youâll collaborate with Account Executives to ensure high-quality leads and play a key role in shaping how we engage and convert future members.
What you'll do:
Lead generation of inbound and outbound sales efforts to develop a sales pipeline. Develop relationships, become a self-employed business expert, and ultimately bring in new members.
Drive calls with self-employed entrepreneurs across verticals where youâll understand our prospectsâ business needs, articulate Collectiveâs unique value proposition in relation to that customer, and ultimately book meetings that drive revenue.
Problem solve: provide feedback and recommendations that improve our products, services and position in the competitive marketplace.
