The Business Development Representative will focus on prospecting new clients, educating them on the platform's value, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to generate qualified opportunities for Advisor360°’s platformEducate prospects on the value of modern wealth management technology, including advisor efficiency, operational scalability, and improved client experiencesQualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for the Account Executive teamResearch and identify key decision-makers within RIAs, broker-dealers, and wealth management firmsUse a consultative approach to uncover pain points related to advisor workflows, data fragmentation, compliance, reporting, and firm growthPartner closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to refine messaging and target ideal customer profilesTrack outreach activity, pipeline progress, and results in CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot)Serve as an ambassador for Advisor360°, representing our mission, values, and innovation in every interactionSkills1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generationStrong interest in AI, emerging technology, and how it can transform advisor and client experiencesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly articulate valueA highly motivated, self-starter mindset with a desire to exceed goals in a fast-paced environmentComfort handling objections and engaging senior-level stakeholdersSaaS, FinTech, or AI experienceExperience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or similar platformsBenefitsCompetitive base salariesAnnual performance-based bonusesThe chance to share in the equity value you and your colleagues create during your time with the companyComprehensive health benefits, including dental, life, and disability insuranceUnlimited paid time off programCompany OverviewAdvisor360° is a wealth management platform that streamlines advisor workflow, increases productivity and drives enterprise growth.
