In this position, you'll connect with key decision-makers, generate new opportunities, and play a critical role in driving pipeline growth and expanding our client base.Key Responsibilities: Conduct cold, multi-channel outreach to prospective clientsIdentify and qualify leads through proactive research and direct engagementBuild relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholdersSchedule meetings that generate qualified pipelineFacilitate smooth handoffs to Account Executives or Client Partners to maintain deal momentumMaintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-up activities in the CRMCollaborate with sales, marketing, and events teams on targeted campaign strategiesPreferred Qualifications: Proven experience in lead generation, particularly with technical stakeholdersProficiency with CRM platforms and modern sales toolsStrong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilitiesFamiliarity with data-driven, AI development, or digital transformation solutionsAbility to quickly learn and articulate complex technical or service-based offeringsStrong curiosity and discovery skills to understand prospect needs and qualify opportunities effectivelyProactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a teamCoachable mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improveSalary: $90k-$100k + OTBCentific is an equal-opportunity employer.
