Joining InvestNext isn’t just about a role — it’s about contributing to something meaningful: enabling real estate investment access and growth.Role OverviewThe Business Development Representative (BDR) at InvestNext plays a dual role in driving growth across our customer segments.The role focuses on generating qualified pipeline through targeted outbound engagement with Mid-Market General Partners (GPs). We believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional performance with uncapped bonuses.Base salary is determined with the consideration of experience and role expectations, in alignment with our salary bands. The salary for a BDR ranges from $50,000 to $70,000 per year for this mid-level role. Additionally, on-target commissions are $20,000 per year, with accelerators and SPIFFs to reward exceeding targets.Equity GrantAs a reflection of our core principle See it, Own it, we believe ownership empowers folks to do their best work and be fulfilled with real outcomes.
