The Opportunity
This is your chance to break into salesâor take your early sales experience to the next levelâthrough our newly created Trailblazer Sales Programme.
Designed to set you up for success from day one, this programme gives you hands-on exposure to our industry-leading services, world-class sales training, and the support needed to start earning commission in your first month. This is an office based role. This is an existing vacancy.

2 weeks of classroom-based sales trainingDedicated sales mentorship during your first 6 monthsWeekly live sales coaching sessionsMonthly sales development workshopsOngoing recognition, rewards, and commission paid monthlyClear career pathway into senior sales rolesYouâll have all the tools, knowledge, and support to succeed quickly in a high-performance sales environment.
Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities
Doing a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day and generate a minimum of 3 appointments per day.Working alongside a field sales colleague â you will be selling the fantastic services Peninsula have to offer to the small and medium sized businesses.You will schedule sales opportunities with business owners/directors to promote Peninsulaâs services, and work with your Business Development Manager to generate new business deals & revenue.Daily pipeline building and management of pipeline will be key to success.

Have some sales experience (face-to-face or phone-based preferred, but not essential)Are a confident communicator who can build rapport and relationships over the phoneAre ambitious, competitive, and driven by personal successShow resilience and coachability, with a desire to learn every dayEnjoy working in a target-driven, high-energy sales environment
Base Salary: $50,000$75,000 â $85,000 (tier 1)$85,000 â $90,000 (tier 2)$90,000 â $100,000 plus (tier 3)
