At the heart of Mirego’s growth, your role as a Business Development Representative for the Toronto area is essential to identifying and qualifying new opportunities. As the first point of contact for current and prospective clients, you build strong, engaging relationships while clearly communicating the value of our solutions.
Your primary objective is to target and engage prospects, drawing a deep understanding of their needs and aligning them with Mirego’s service offerings. RESPONSABILITÉS
Qualify leads by assessing their needs and how Mirego can deliver value, while maintaining a high volume of prospecting activities such as strategic research, email campaigns, phone calls, and CRM usage.
Advance qualified opportunities through the pipeline and collaborate with the team to scope needs and shape the service offering.
Document all interactions in the CRM to ensure seamless follow-up.
Track established KPIs (e.g., call volume, lead conversion rate) and contribute to the continuous improvement of prospecting processes.
Monitor and analyze prospecting campaigns' performance and share recommendations to optimize results.
Represent Mirego at events, conferences, and/or webinars to build connections and strengthen brand awareness.

You are based in the Toronto area and can attend local events, represent Mirego on-site, and meet clients/prospects in person, according to the events calendar.
You have at least 5 years of experience in business development, prospecting, or sales in the digital services field.
You understand digital ecosystems, various web and mobile platforms, and have a solid knowledge of AI and its evolution.
You can quickly build trust-based relationships and spot business opportunities.
You are results-oriented, with a proven ability to meet or exceed prospecting targets.
You have worked with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and are proficient with prospecting platforms such as LinkedIn.
You are skilled at analyzing market data and tailoring messages to target segments.
You can manage a high volume of prospecting activities while maintaining consistent quality
You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English, French is a plus.
