They are seeking a Business Development Representative who will run outbound prospecting campaigns, qualify leads, and represent the brand to customers at the start of their research journey.ResponsibilitiesRun effective outbound prospecting campaigns including cold-calls, cold emails, and social touchesQualify inbound and outbound leads by introducing ClickUp and running them through qualification and discovery frameworkRepresent our brand to customers at the start of their research journeySchedule appointments and demos for new logo acquisition and expansion across the existing customer baseServe as a product specialist on ClickUp products and servicesThis is a hybrid position in San Diego, California or Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas and requires working in the office 2 days per weekSkills1-2 years relevant work experience in outbound tech salesA proven track record of consistently hitting targets in previous jobs or extracurricularsYou're a persuasive self-starter and a good listener with a high degree of personal accountability in communicating cross-functionally and maintaining a healthy sales pipelineExcellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skillsCustomer empathy and genuine curiosity for prospects and their needCompany OverviewClickUp is the worldโs first Converged AI Workspace, bringing together all work apps, data, and workflows.
