As a Business Development Representative, you will proactively identify and generate business leads while collaborating with the sales team to implement successful strategies.ResponsibilitiesProactively identify and generate new business leads through research, networking, and outbound prospectingConduct high-volume phone, email, and social media outreach to engage with potential clients and qualify leadsDevelop a deep understanding of Tripleseat’s product offerings, value propositions, and target marketCollaborate with the Marketing and Sales team to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategiesSchedule and coordinate meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leadsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and lead interactions in the CRM systemProvide regular feedback to the sales and marketing teams on lead quality and campaign effectivenessStay current with industry trends and best practices to improve lead generation efforts continuallyOther related duties as assignedSkillsAbility to generate new business leads through research, networking, and outbound prospectingAbility to quickly learn and maintain a deep understanding of product offerings, value propositions, and target marketsStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate the benefits and impact of Tripleseat, while engaging with a diverse base of prospectsProven ability to handle multiple sales cadences, while staying organized and maintaining attention to detailA proactive approach to achieving sales targets and continually improving performanceAbility to self-motivate and remain goal-oriented, while working effectively in both independent and team environmentsWillingness to stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and competitors to enhance lead generation effortsA customer-focused attitude and the ability to build rapport across teamsOne year of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably within the SaaS industryDemonstrated success in achieving quota in software sales and/or SaaS salesExperience in event management, restaurant or hotel operationsFamiliarity with sales strategies and an ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute campaignsExperience using CRM systems to track sales activities, manage leads, and keep accurate recordsBenefitsCompetitive Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceCompany Paid Life Insurance, Short- and Long-Term Disability Plans401(k) with Company MatchParental LeaveFlexible Paid Time OffPet InsuranceCompany OverviewTripleseat is the event management software for restaurants and venues.
