As a BDR, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, initiating contact with potential clients, and setting the stage for long-term partnerships. Qualify inbound leads and conduct discovery calls to understand potential clients' needs and identify strong fit opportunities
Research and reach out to brands that would benefit from Teikametrics' solutions, helping them explore how our platform can support their goals
Use a mix of tools and creative thinking to uncover high-potential brands and connect them with the right solutions
Collaborate closely with your Manager and the Marketing team to develop and execute outreach strategies aligned with our target customers
Track and manage prospects through the sales process to help build consistent and effective workflows
Become an expert on Teikametrics' technology, services, and the broader eCommerce landscape to confidently guide conversations
Contribute to team learning by sharing insights, feedback, and best practices to support continuous improvement-for yourself and the team
WHO YOU ARE
1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (SaaS or B2B experience is a plus)
Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement software
