Job Title: Business Development RepresentativeSchedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ESTSalary: $1,000 USD/MonthOverview of the Role:This position involves proactive outreach to prospective clients, requiring the candidate to make outbound calls and send personalized emails daily, scheduling appointments for senior sales representatives, and maintaining in-depth product knowledge to communicate the company's value proposition effectively. The role demands meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets, showcasing strong communication skills and adaptability.Responsibilities: Make 50+ outbound calls daily to prospective clients. Send 20-30 personalized emails to potential leads. Follow and adapt call scripts to engage prospects. Use HubSpot CRM to track and manage interactions with leads. Schedule appointments and demonstrations for senior sales representatives. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate the company's value proposition. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets. Requirements At least 2 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read and follow call scripts, adapting as necessary. Experience with CRM software (HubSpot experience is a plus). Self-motivated, resilient, and organized. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Education: Degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus but not required.
