Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential brand partners to drive new business opportunities and generate high-quality leads that contribute to revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly lead generation quotasContributes to the sales pipeline, supporting revenue targets aligned with UniUni’s growth objectivesHelping onboard SMB clients to our new Small Business platformSkills1-3 years of experience in a Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation role, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, SaaS, or B2B industriesProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked, qualified leads, onboarding)Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement toolBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)Strong communication and negotiation skills—ability to engage C-level executives and decision-makersExcellent prospecting and research abilities—identifying and reaching high-value targetsProficiency in cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn networkingAbility to work independently while collaborating with sales & marketing teamsData-driven mindset—ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies accordinglyBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)Company OverviewUniUni is a transportation company that offers services in freight and package transportation with logistics services.
