As a Business Development Representative, you will engage with multi-location restaurant brands, uncover their challenges, and introduce them to better management solutions, contributing to the growth of the SMB and Franchise segments. Responsibilities Proactively engage SMB, franchise and multi-location restaurant groups through outbound calls, email, social selling, and events Respond to inbound franchise inquiries and qualify opportunities for the AE team Book high-quality meetings that convert into revenue Own and manage your pipeline in Salesforce, prioritizing daily actions that drive results Confidently communicate the value of 7shifts and how we solve real restaurant challenges Conduct discovery and qualification calls using a targeted, consultative approach Hit daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals and opportunity quotas Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales to optimize outreach strategies Stay informed on restaurant technology trends and the competitive landscape Identify process gaps and share feedback to help improve the Franchise sales motion Represent 7shifts at industry events, trade shows, and hospitality conferences (travel as needed) Skills Experience in a quota-carrying outbound or BDR/SDR role Proven experience executing outbound outreach and building thoughtful, effective sequences to engage prospects Strong written and verbal communication skills Confidence, curiosity, and a consultative mindset Excellent time management and organizational skills Comfort working in a fast-moving, results-driven environment A competitive, goal-oriented mentality A positive, team-first attitude and passion for sales Salesforce or CRM experience SaaS experience Background in the restaurant or hospitality industry Benefits Health and dental Lifestyle spending accounts Parental leave program Flexible vacation policy 90 Day Shift program Latest Apple tech Home office setup Company Overview Simplifying restaurant team management, one shift at a time.
