Business Development Representative

They are seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to drive new business opportunities in the non-acute healthcare market. Responsibilities Identify, research, and prospect new non-acute healthcare accounts through outbound outreach (calls, emails, social selling, and networking) Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into high-quality sales opportunities Develop a strong understanding of Daniels Health offerings and articulate value propositions tailored to non-acute customers Collaborate with Account Executives and Regional Sales Leaders to transition qualified opportunities and support deal progression Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM systems Stay informed on non-acute market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly activity and opportunity generation targets Skills 1–3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or a related role (B2B experience preferred) Interest in healthcare, environmental services, or safety-focused solutions Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to prospecting Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM systems Stay informed on non-acute market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly activity and opportunity generation targets Experience selling into non-acute healthcare settings is a plus but not required Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar preferred) Benefits Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives Ongoing training and development opportunities Comprehensive benefits package Company Overview MAKING HEALTHCARE SAFER The philosophy that guides Daniels - striving to make a safer environment for everyone involved in healthcare.
