They are looking for a Business Development Representative to take charge of prospecting activities and leverage AI tools to enhance sales capacity and identify new prospects.ResponsibilitiesStart multi-channel prospecting (Call, Email, LinkedIn) by leveraging our AI stack to target high-intent accountsEnhance our sales capacity by identifying and qualifying new prospects within a portfolio of prospects/customers through outgoing callsAct as the primary operator of our prospecting agents. You will not just use these tools; you will proactively suggest updates to prompts and workflows based on market feedbackWork as a strategic partner to Marketing & Product, providing market data to improve our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and AI messaging accuracyContinuously experiment with new AI-driven "Growth Hacks", from social prospecting to new ways of automating research, to keep our outreach motion at the cutting edgeSkillsA solid first sales experience, preferably in B2B softwareYou're not afraid to try a lot of different prospecting tactics to find the one that will lead to the best resultsYou are tech and AI savvy: you grasp technical concepts quickly and have been keeping up/experimenting with the latest AI toolsA proven track record of leading discovery calls.
