Business Development Representative
Enformion is a dynamic and innovative data and analytics company that assists digital marketplaces in fraud prevention and risk management. The Business Development Representative will identify potential clients, establish contact through various tools, and set appointments for the Sales Team, contributing to the company's growth. Responsibilities Utilize various tools such as LinkedIn, HubSpot, email and phone calls to prospect potential clients and establish initial contact Set appointments for Sales Executives to further the sales process Consistently meet or exceed set KPIs such as call targets or lead qualification metrics Develop a pipeline of viable opportunities and effectively manage the pipeline with the sales team, including timely follow up of all leads and advancing leads through selling process Understand and demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Enformion products, content and solutions including the ability to articulate competitive differentiators and our value proposition Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Management to align strategies aimed at increasing revenue Ability to identify and communicate effectively with executives or other high-level officials within a customer's organization Skills 1+ year experience in sales or business development Excellent communication, strong resilience, and tenacity Proficiency in CRM tools (Hubspot preferred) and digital prospecting channels A results-oriented mindset, with the ability to drive sales and exceed targets B2B sales and marketing experience Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive Excellent organizational skills Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field is preferred Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience, in sales, marketing or related field Benefits Flexible PTO 6% 401K match Medical, dental and vision Company Overview Enformion is designed to meet the advanced data and research needs of business and government professionals.
