Business Development Rep I

They are seeking a Business Development Representative to identify and develop new business opportunities by building relationships with potential customers and qualifying leads. Responsibilities Take primary ownership of our named account strategy and communicate effectively with all levels (C, SVP, VP, Dir, etc.) and key decision makers Build strong relationships with internal and external customers and deliver presentations Coordinate meetings or calls between prospective clients and Account Executives as well as maintain strong relationships with the prospect through the entire sales process Demonstrate a knowledgeable understanding of the full array of our offerings to answer questions and make recommendations when speaking to customers/prospects Work collaboratively with other OneTrust employees across the organization to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded when possible Skills At least 6 months -1 years of sales experience A Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing, Business or Communications) or equivalent experience in a related field Experience meeting monthly, quarterly and annual goals and reviewing own work for thoroughness, quality and accuracy English Fluency required Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM solutions Previous cold call experience Additional languages: Italian, French (very nice to have) Benefits Comprehensive healthcare coverage Flexible PTO Equity RSUs Annual performance bonus opportunities Retirement account support 14+ weeks of paid parental leave Career development opportunities Company-paid privacy certification exam fees Company Overview OneTrust is the AI-Ready Governance platform helping organizations accelerate innovation while ensuring responsible data use.
