About the Role We are hiring a Business Development & Recruiting Partner for an entrepreneurial full-desk role with a strong emphasis on client development, revenue generation, and relationship growth. This is a remote, commission-only (1099) role designed for someone who wants autonomy, flexibility, and full ownership over their success. While recruiting experience helps, the right business development or sales professional can absolutely thrive here. Although remote, we prefer candidates in the Washington, DC Metro area to stay aligned with our client base. You will step directly into a warm, 25-year book of accounting & finance clients — a foundation that gives you a running start without building a desk from scratch.
