"The CAD Company" is expanding its engineering consulting presence across the United States, and we’re looking for a driven Business Development Partner to join us on a commission-based collaboration model.
We work with global clients in:
• Mechanical Design & CAD Engineering
• Industrial Equipment & Conveyor Systems
• Product Development & Manufacturing Support
• 3D Modeling, Drafting & Engineering Services
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and engage potential clients in manufacturing, engineering, and industrial sectors
• Generate qualified leads and business opportunities
• Coordinate discovery calls between clients and our engineering team
• Build long-term client relationships in the US market
Compensation & Opportunity:
• 8% commission on confirmed projects
• High-ticket engineering and industrial projects
• Flexible remote collaboration (1099 Contractor Model)
• Long-term growth opportunity with an experienced offshore engineering team
We’re particularly interested in professionals with experience in:
✔ B2B Sales
✔ Industrial Consulting
✔ Engineering Services Sales
✔ Manufacturing Business Development
✔ Technical Sales & Client Acquisition
