Summary: This position is responsible for driving sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.

In the field expectations: 2 days per week, minimum of 8 in-person visits per week documented in CRM. Using strategic routing to visit key accounts, active accounts, active leads, and cold/new leads. Business Development Partner must reside in assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

β€’ Actively prospect and generates new business, including cold-calling, special events, and networking activities (in addition to the leads provided by Lira Clinical).

β€’ First point of contact for all leads in designated region: Follow the appropriate pipeline for all new leads maintaining all timing requirements.

β€’ Meet or exceed the minimum one-to-one communication key performance indicators.

β€’ Critical thinking and problem solving using the tools and resources provided by Lira Clinical.

β€’ Document all client interactions in CRM

β€’ Provide product support and guidance for all assigned accounts in designated region.

β€’ Timely response to all phone calls, text messages, and emails

β€’ Resolve ALL customer issues with products and/or orders.

β€’ Guide clients/accounts to online resources and on-demand education.

β€’ Participate in trade shows and events as needed (may require overnight travel).

β€’ Promote special events and classes (including in-person, live-virtual, and on-demand).

β€’ Meet/exceed sales goals monthly, quarterly, yearly.

Qualifications:

β€’ 2+ Years experience in B2B Account Management.

β€’ Aesthetics license or equivalent industry experience.

β€’ Demonstrated knowledge of industry business best practices.

β€’ Ability to self-manage based on individual expectations and deadlines.

β€’ Present yourself in a professional manner during work hours and all work-related activities and interactions. This includes attire, communication, behavior, and grooming/hygiene.

β€’ Communicate professionally in-person, on the telephone, with text messages, and email communication.

Physical Requirements:

β€’ Interact with screens for 8-hour shift, including smart phone and laptop – continually.

β€’ Use of a computer including typing, sitting, reading, and writing – continually.

β€’ Sit at a desk/workspace for 8-hour shift – continually.

β€’ Provide a quiet area, free from distractions in your home office – required.

β€’ Lift up to 25 lbs. as needed at special events – occasionally.

β€’ Stand for extended periods of time for special events – occasionally.

Additional Requirements:

β€’ Employee must hold a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.

β€’ Personal vehicle must be insured, registered, and in safe operating condition

β€’ Ability to travel within assigned territory up to 50% of work time, including overnight travel as required. A minimum of 25% of work time should be spent conducting in-field business activities (account visits, trainings, or events).
β€’ Business Development Partners must reside within their assigned territory.
