We’re looking for a proactive and entrepreneurial Business Development & Operations Consultant to help scale JobHack Pro’s growth initiatives, partnerships, outreach, and operational strategy.
This is a flexible remote role ideal for someone excited about startups, AI, growth, and building systems from the ground up alongside a founder-led team.
Responsibilities may include:
• Partnerships and strategic outreach
• Business development and growth initiatives
• Operational coordination and execution
• Supporting startup expansion opportunities
• External communications and relationship management
• Assisting with business documentation, operational coordination, and select authorized representative responsibilities where needed
Qualifications
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Comfortable working independently in a startup environment
• Interest in AI, SaaS, startups, operations, or growth
• Experience in partnerships, consulting, recruiting, operations, or business development is a plus
• Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving environment
Compensation
• Commission-based contractor/consulting opportunity
