Key Responsibilities: • Increase top line sales and revenue to meet company targets • Work with Distributors, Customers and Wholesalers in partnership to maximise sales growth and opportunities of U-POL products ranges • Create and harvest long term relationships with customers, distributors and wholesalers • Implement in tactical form, sales strategies with partnered distributors and customers • With distributors, customers and wholesalers develop and execute business plan to deliver partnered sales growth • Conduct end user calls to demonstrate, promote and train end users on the product range, obtaining orders on behalf of distributors and to drive sell through demand • Provide enhanced value by conducting joint calls and other tactical sale activity with distributor sales staff • Train distributor representatives and staff on U-POL products and services • Providing technical support for our products to distributors and end-users • Where required visit technical colleges to demonstrate, promote and train teachers and students on the U-POL product range • Attend trade shows and operate company displays as necessary • Evaluation distributor performance within the designated region and provide insights and recommendations to management • Recommendation of appointment of new distributors where necessary and in line company strategies • Work in close co-operation with the National Sales Manager to achieve set sales goals/objectives • Supporting the administration, operations and management of the company as necessary • Build and Develop product range and technical competence • Conduct targeted cold call activity to further enhance brand penetration in specific areas of the market required • Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors and the internal U-POL team • Always represent the business in a professional and respectful way • Work and Operate in a Safe and Respectful at all times • Identify and report any risks within the workplace and Our Company: Axalta has remained at the forefront of the coatings industry by continually investing in innovative solutions.
