Key Responsibilities
⢠Identify and pursue new business opportunities with direct clients across multiple industries.
⢠Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
⢠Collaborate with recruitment teams to deliver tailored staffing solutions.
⢠Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
⢠Track market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in staffing solutions.
⢠Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive business development strategies.
⢠Provide regular reports and forecasts to leadership on business development activities.
Qualifications
⢠Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field (preferred).
⢠3-7 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or workforce solutions sales.
⢠Strong understanding of staffing models (contract, permanent, temp-to-hire).
⢠Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
⢠Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
⢠Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
