Business Development Manager (South Coast)

This is a remote position. The Role We are looking for an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager to represent our innovative portfolio of payment solutions along the South Coast . You'll be based in one of our defined geographical areas for you to hunt. This will be within sensible commuting distance from home. This is a client-facing role where you will be responsible for both self-generating leads and converting pre-booked appointments provided by our internal team (circa 20 per month). Training on our products and services will be provided so if you aren't from our industry that's ok. Your day-to-day will involve: Visiting clients face-to-face within your assigned area Delivering a consultative sales experience by identifying and recommending the most appropriate payment solutions for each client Uploading successful applications to our state-of-the-art CRM portal for processing Actively building and managing your own pipeline through door-to-door canvassing, social media, networking, and more Accurately recording all activity and performance in our CRM system for full transparency Requirements What We’re Looking For Proven, successful track record in the Payments industry (essential) Self-motivated, hungry, and results-driven attitude Ethical, professional, and conscientious approach Strong communication skills and attention to detail Punctual, reliable, and eager to grow in a performance-led environment Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive mindset Comfortable working independently but also a strong team player Benefits What You’ll Receive CRM & Tools: Access to our state-of-the-art CRM and sales portal Training & Support: Full training provided + ongoing mentorship from a Regional Manager Company pension Healthcare scheme 2 company social events a year Why Join Us?
