We are a dynamic, expanding company with exciting opportunities in language/culture, training/education/instruction, IT, cyber security, and intelligence (analysts, CI, HUMINT, SIGINT, etc.).Position OverviewWe are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our federal contracting portfolio. This role is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and capturing new business opportunities across U.S. government agencies. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the federal procurement lifecycle, strong relationships within government and industry, and a proven track record of winning contracts.Key ResponsibilitiesOpportunity Identification & Pipeline DevelopmentResearch, identify, and qualify federal contracting opportunities (e.g., SAM.gov, agency forecasts, GWACs, IDIQs)Build and maintain a robust pipeline aligned with company capabilities and growth targetsCapture ManagementLead capture efforts from pre-RFP through contract awardDevelop win strategies, competitive positioning, and value propositionsConduct stakeholder mapping and customer engagement planningClient & Partner EngagementEstablish and maintain relationships with federal agency decision-makers, contracting officers, and industry partnersAttend industry days, conferences, and networking eventsIdentify and negotiate teaming agreements, joint ventures, and subcontracting opportunitiesProposal SupportCollaborate with proposal teams to develop compliant and compelling proposalsContribute to solutioning, pricing strategies, and win themesParticipate in color team reviews and proposal evaluationsMarket Intelligence & StrategyMonitor competitors, market trends, and regulatory changesProvide insights to leadership on growth opportunities and risksSupport strategic planning and account planning initiativesCRM & ReportingMaintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, GovWin)Track opportunity status, forecasts, and win/loss metricsPrepare regular pipeline and performance reports for leadershipRequirementsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Government, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of business development, capture, or sales experience in federal contractingDemonstrated success in winning federal contracts (prime or subcontract)Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal acquisition processesExperience with contract vehicles (e.g., GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs, GSA Schedules)Established network within federal agencies and/or government contractorsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in [IT, cybersecurity, Special Operations, Linguistics, Intel, engineering, logistics, etc.]Active security clearance (e.g., Secret or Top Secret)Familiarity with tools such as GovWin, SAM.gov, FPDS, and USAspendingCapture management or proposal development experienceMaster’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., APMP)Global Dimensions does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, color, religion, age, national origin, marital status, disability, veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other reason prohibited by law in provision of employment opportunities and benefits.
