Responsibilities: Source and qualify new business opportunities in North America. Build and manage a client pipeline across multiple verticals. Proactively reach out to prospects via outbound (email, calls, social). Coordinate discovery & qualification conversations. Partner with Sales leadership to close deals. Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings (travel expected 30% of the time). What You Need to Succeed: 2–5 years of sales or BDM experience in consulting/services-led environments. Proven ability to prospect, engage, and qualify leads independently. Experience with selling technology services and managing negotiations with clients. Highly motivated, results-driven, and coachable. Comfortable working without detailed day-to-day supervision. Willing to travel for client meetings and events.
