Specific tasksInitially new business, German based only chasing small, medium and large customers.Create slide deck for pitches.Present confidently online and in person.Lead on driving sales with Magicline customers.Help analyze and research the German market.Have a hunger to learn our solution inside out and get a reasonable level of technical knowledge.Network and spend time on LinkedIn connecting and sharing success.Work closely with the marketing team to drive sales and enquiries.Complete and respond to tender responses, if required.Create quotes/offers for new business and upselling.Create sales handover documents to the implementation team.Attend industry eventsBe vocal on the direction of the product to win new business.Manage prospects on a CRM and complete forecasting reports on SalesForceGeneral tasksYou will work with our customers and prospects to sell our app solution and add-ons features. You will create and manage a pipeline of new business and be responsible for achieving revenue targets.You will meet with customers and prospects and explain the benefits of our solution, delivering both sales presentations and hands-on demonstrations online via video conferencing, chat, email and phone.You will tailor meetings to the needs of customers and prospects, researching their needs prior to meetings and understanding their pain points and requirements.You will become an expert in understanding the benefits of our solution over our competitors and be able to quickly describe and demonstrate our benefits.You will help write and deliver content as part of our team delivering regular webinars and in-person customer conferences.You will prepare and submit proposals and quotes.You will be part of our team exhibiting at conferences and trade shows, meeting customers and prospects and selling our solution to them.You’ll have a strong understanding of the capabilities of our solutions, how they are set-up and operated and be able to demonstrate their features and support customers when required.You’ll be able to manage sales cycles over time, maintaining relationships with customers and prospects over time, and managing projects both before, during and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction.WHAT YOU WILL BRINGHigh customer affinity and service orientation.
