We are currently looking for a self motivated, empathetic, and very resourceful candidate to help sustain company growth in the years to come. This position can be remote, however, ideally it would be in North Carolina.

It is imperative that a Business Development Associate can build lasting business relationships and is hungry to fill the lead pipeline. Such talent and passion make you the ideal fit for this role.
Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
? Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
? Planning brand outreach and strategizing market penetration.
? Understanding our business end to end and assisting with onboarding.
? Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
? Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
? Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Business Development Manager Requirements:
? Strong communication skills.
? Previous sales and/or Business development experience
? Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
? Excellent organizational skills.
? Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
? Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
? Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
? Creativity to find new revenue streams with existing and future brands
Preferred Qualifications
? 2-3 years experience in sales and/or business development
? Understanding of ecommerce businesses or significant willingness to learn.
? Willingness to travel bi-monthly for 2-3 days to tradeshows.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
