What you’ll be doing
· Engaging with customers and prospective clients to provide personal and professional development product information
· Supporting new business development while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships
· Learning and staying current on company offerings, solutions, and product updates
· Participating in team meetings, training sessions, and collaborative discussions
· Staying aligned with current outreach strategies, marketing initiatives, and lead pipelines
· Attending weekly Zoom calls and virtual meetings as needed to support client engagement and internal alignment
What you bring:
· 5+ years in training, sales, marketing, business development, or client engagement
· A positive attitude with the ability to work independently and take initiative
· Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
· Comfort identifying prospects and engaging in thoughtful outreach
· Highly organized with the ability to manage priorities in a remote environment
· Proficiency with remote productivity tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
