Business Development Coordinator

The Business Development Coordinator will support the EPC Business Development team in pursuing new project opportunities through coordination, tracking, and process ownership.ResponsibilitiesSupport Business Development Managers in the pursuit of new project opportunities by independently managing coordination, tracking, and administrative workflowsManage client data room access and downloads, exercising judgment to ensure timely and appropriate distribution of materials to internal stakeholdersSubmit and track internal system setup requests for client portals, ensuring accurate opportunity configurationTrack incoming RFPs and client requests, prioritizing actions and flagging risks or gaps to maintain clear visibility on deadlines, requirements, and next stepsSupport the development and coordination of project Go/No-Go documentation by synthesizing inputs, identifying key considerations, and providing informed recommendationsOwn scheduling and coordination of client-facing and internal meetings, including agenda development, follow-up actions, and timeline managementTrack and manage client pipeline requests, prioritizing and coordinating with Business Development ManagersTrack RFP deliverables from cross-functional teams (engineering, estimating, legal, finance, etc.) adjusting plans and advising Business Development Managers to ensure on-time, high-quality submissionsSupport proposal development by entering CRM data, maintaining data integrity, and identifying and prioritizing document distributionIndependently prepare, submit, and manage budgetary pricing requests, coordinating with the estimating team to support pursuit timelinesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support pursuit activities and ensure alignmentProactively identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency within the Business Development functionServe as a knowledgeable point of contact for day-to-day business development inquiries, escalating opportunities as appropriateSkillsHigh school diploma required1–3 years of related experience in business development, sales support, project coordination, construction, engineering, or renewable energyProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone mannerExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentEagerness to learn new systems and processes with a proactive, problem-solving mindsetWillingness to travel for meetings or events up to once a monthPostsecondary certificate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, Renewable Energy, or a related fieldBenefitsEmployees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, basic life and disability insurance.Employees can enroll in our company’s 401(k) plan.Employees are provided vacation, sick and holiday pay.Company OverviewSOLV Energy offers engineering procurement construction, operations, maintenance, technology and services.
