Business Development Associate - Residential & Commerical Construction

Our Client, a non-profit council for alternate energy use is actively seeking a Business Development Associate for the Residential & Commercial Construction market. They are looking for a candidate with building and construction experience to work with builders, contractors, trade organizations and partner industries to drive technology development to expand adoption of propane as a clean, domestic, and affordable energy source. This is a fully remote position.

Job Summary:
The Business Development Associate (BDA) works with the business development team and is responsible for supporting and advancing business development initiatives by coordinating commercialization efforts across planning, communication, marketing, and project execution. The position ensures that market programs—such as construction specifier outreach, builder engagement, and dealer network support—are effectively implemented and aligned with organizational objectives. This position also identifies and nurtures strategic relationships with partners and potential customers to drive growth opportunities. The role contributes to building and maintaining a pipeline of new business prospects through direct and indirect outreach, prospecting, and engagement activities. The BDA collaborates closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to design and implement strategies that support business development objectives. Performs other duties as assigned.
