Within those responsibilities, youâll be overseeing the day-to-day functions of Darkroomâs CRM, scheduling calls with new business opportunities, and assisting with the development of sales collateral.This is a fully remote role supporting a team in the EST time zone.What You'll Do:Assist the Director of Partnerships in the building and implementation of core processes and infrastructures.Assist in the maintenance of current infrastructures, such as Notion, Drive, Slack, etc.Assist in the execution of company-wide initiatives and operational projects.Assist with the building of sales decks and procedures.Oversee management of Darkroom's CRM (Hubspot).Facilitate conversations with eco-system partners.Who You Are:Bachelors Degree in Communications or similar2+ years managing partnerships in the DTC ecosystem (Agency experience preferred)Experience working within CRMs (Hubspot preferred)Experience working at Digital agenciesPersonality & Personal Traits:Outgoing personalityThe ability to integrate into a fast-paced sales environmentStrong interpersonal skills and desire to grow your networkDetail oriented and overly organizedWhat it's like to work at DarkroomWe're building the future of advertising and are looking for the minds to help us do it.
