Business Development Associate

Dig Inn Restaurant Group is searching for a skilled Business Development Associate who will take charge of increasing sales, enhancing brand awareness, and driving marketing and innovation initiatives in key markets. The role involves collaborating with various departments to achieve business objectives and manage projects that promote growth. Responsibilities Plan and execute marketing events and activations for campaigns, restaurant openings, and key markets Support catering business in key markets by identifying and establishing relationships with new and existing corporate customers Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing plans for Dig Inn's core business and new initiatives Develop and implement sales strategies and client service and retention plans, and analyze sales data to inform marketing and outreach strategies Coordinate with Operations teams to execute revenue-driving initiatives in the market Conduct market research and engage with clients directly to improve product-market fit Test, measure, report, and optimize tactics based on business and brand objectives Work on cross-functional strategic projects with other teams to drive revenue growth Skills 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience (field marketing, events, sales, etc.) Proven project management and communication skills Strong ownership and pride in your work - you aim for impact and you have a passion for results The ability to work at a strategic level, but you're equally as happy getting your hands dirty Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to engage with various levels of management, staff, and clients Amazing interpersonal, client-facing communication skills that you love to show off on a daily basis Never-say-die attitude to finding the right person, establishing the right connection, attending the right event, etc The ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities at a given time A desire to never stop learning - both personally and professionally Curiosity about the world, food, and people Must be based or willing to commute to the Philadelphia or New York City markets An active driver's license and the ability to operate a vehicle preferred Must be willing to travel 50% of the time Benefits Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, and Vision) 16 weeks of Fully Paid Parental Leave (for primary and secondary caregivers) Short-Term Disability Bonus Potential Phone reimbursement Commuter benefits Company laptop Flexible vacation time (up to 20 days a year) Hybrid work environment Complimentary DIG lunch every day Company Overview We serve real food—mostly vegetables—that's grown by farmers, cooked by chefs, and inspired by the seasons.
